The 12th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (Hubei Region) was held in Jingzhou City

      On June 28th, the 12th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (Hubei Region) of the China Merchants Bank Cup in 2023 was held at the Jingzhou Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center in Jingzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone.

      The theme of this competition is "Creating Jingzhou Smart Future", guided by the Hubei Provincial Department of Science and Technology, hosted by the Jingzhou Municipal Party Committee Organization Department (Talent Office), Jingzhou Science and Technology Bureau, and Jingzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee, and hosted by Jingzhou Zhongkai Academy Technology Enterprise Incubator Co., Ltd. The competition is divided into groups based on industries such as new generation information technology, biopharmaceuticals, high-end equipment manufacturing, new energy and new materials, as well as start-ups and growing enterprises. A total of 18 outstanding projects entered the on-site competition.

      After intense competition, the "Application of New Nanotechnology Activation Technology in the Field of Bioagriculture" project from Hubei Newharvest Biotech Co., Ltd. won the first prize. Through cooperation with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Institute of Life Sciences, the project carries out independent innovation and development, and forms products such as photosynthetic promoter - natural carbon dioxide nano activation technology and agricultural synergist, which effectively serve the cost reduction and production increase of agriculture.

    All award-winning projects can enter the Jingzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center for free, with a team of entrepreneurial guidance experts providing free entrepreneurial guidance. They can also connect with venture capital fund support to help incubate projects. Among them, the top 12 projects will also advance to the provincial and national competitions.

    It is reported that the China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is the brand competition with the highest level, largest scale, widest radiation, and strongest influence in the domestic technology field. Since its holding in 2012, it has always focused on improving the technological innovation ability of enterprises, developing high-tech industries, and strategic emerging industries, and is committed to promoting the aggregation of various innovative elements to enterprises.
